FAQ
Do you wash my own linen without renting yours?
Yes. If you already own your sheets and towels, we collect them from your property, wash, dry and iron them in our industrial laundry, and bring them back ready to use.
How is it priced?
Per kilo of dry linen, with washing, ironing, folding, pickup and delivery in Madrid included. Send us your volume and we will quote your rate.
How do you keep each client’s linen separate?
Every pickup is counted per client and processed as a labelled batch from start to finish. The count is checked again on delivery, so you only ever get your own linen back.
What if an item is lost or damaged?
If an item is missing from the delivery count or damaged during our process, we tell you and replace or refund it. We carry civil liability insurance for accidental damage.
How fast is the turnaround?
